* GARBAGE ON THE STREETS * *In my city on the streets the community confronts a big problem, And that problem is the trash on the streets of Barranquilla, almost all times the garbage is not collected and that garbage descomposes and affect the health of the people. *The lack of citizen culture is the main factor cause lets say a promedy citizen is walking on the streets, instead of looking for a garbage the citizen the thing that he or she does is slowly threw it to the floor and left it there. *Another factor is that people use too much cars and for example if they change the tire most of the persons left it where they change it or they burn it . * THE SOLUTION * The ROV or robot i will design it will be hard but it doesnt matter because it will help OK, so i will design special cameras all around the streets to monitorized the people who threw trash to the floor and put that person a penalty fee and it also will work to capture robbers and thing like that.
