KINETIC THEORY OF MATTER:The theory of kinetic energy is that if it have movement it is kinetic, It also talk about theory of matter that refers at it in 4 states: solid,liquid,gas, and the most uncommon one is plasma. (Matter is everything that took space and have volume or mass.)


MATTER IN MOTION WITH PARTICLES:
The particles that have movement have kinetic energy, the ones stored in the core have potential because is energy stored.
Particles move because they crash into each other and when u have a chemical reaction the bonds between the particles break letting the change take form. 


ATOMS: Atoms are the smallest particles that makes up matter, atoms are conformed by 2 or more elements for example: H2(hydrogen) and O(oxigen) when they are combined they formed H2O that is water the atoms form depends of the object if the object is solid or liquid the atoms are together but if the material is gas the atoms are near but separated.

  HOW DOES A SOLID BECOMES A LIQUID ? Matter is anything that have mass and take up space. Matter divides into 4 kinds of states, solid , liquid , gas , and plasma . The Solid particles are compacted, The Liquid particles are compacted but unlike the solid ones they move freely, Gas particles are separated that's why we can't see the gas, Plasma create when particles join and separated . The four kinds of states depends of the specific conditions   like heat or cold . A solid becames liquid when the extreme heat is present for example when you do a gold ring, 1. You melted the gold 2. You molded the circle 3. Wait for it to cool down. .THIS PROCESS IS CALLED FUSION. A liquid becomes solid when the freezing point is present for example if you put a bottle filled with water in a freezer it becomes ice . * GARBAGE ON THE STREETS * *In my city on the streets the community confronts a big problem, And that problem is the trash on the streets of Barranquilla, almost all times the garbage is not collected and that garbage descomposes and affect the health of the people. *The lack of citizen culture is the main factor cause lets say a promedy citizen is walking on the streets, instead of looking for a garbage the citizen the thing that he or she does is slowly threw it to the floor and left it there. *Another factor is that people use too much cars and for example if they change the tire most of the persons left it where they change it or they burn it . * THE SOLUTION * The ROV or robot i will design it will be hard but it doesnt matter because it will help OK, so i will design special cameras all around the streets to monitorized the people who threw trash to the floor and put that person a penalty fee and it also will work to capture robbers and thing like that.
